Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened Pestie kit and all application components into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
